The trail dogs are always playin' around with this info. Study hard, but don't forget to check back before race day....and as always JUST FOLLOW THE FLAGS!

10K Course Description

GOT LEGS AND KNOWS HOW TO USE ‘EM

Marking: 10K is WHITE throughout. It’s all WHITE, Ma, I'm only crying.

Leg Details - READ THIS!!!

  • On the maps, you'll see a bunch of skinny gray lines; these are cross-trails, also known as: places to get OFF COURSE/LOST. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE COURSE MARKINGS AND SIGNAGE, you'll enjoy the run more if you follow the course...
  • The course is segmented into "legs." Each leg starts and ends at an Aid Station.

Now, follow along on your course map while I sing the course to you (to the tune of "Hurt" by NIN.)

You'd better be following the WHITE flags; our course markers get very irritated if you get lost.

Goat Note: Congratulations, you are one tough customer.
